Do I get to choose who is placed with my organization?
Yes! We understand that it is essential that your Fractional Leader fit your team's culture and be able to execute the work.
In most cases, you will be presented with several candidates to interview, and then you may choose the person you feel best fits the needs of your team.

What if we want to change our fractional leader?
Sometimes a great fractional leader isn't the right fit with a specific team. If that happens, we'll work with you to identify a different leader in our talent pool and help coordinate a suitable transition plan to ensure work flows smoothly.

Can I change the number of hours under contract?
Absolutely! Your monthly subscription retainer with us is designed to be flexible. In most cases, we can increase hours during the same month you request a change. Reduction in hours requires a 30-day notice.

How can I request a proposal?
Getting started with us is easy! Please share with us a little bit more about you and your company, and someone from the Fox Fractional team will be in touch right away to answer questions and help get you started with the right fractional staff to meet you goals and needs.

What do I need to do to become a fractional leader with Fox Fractional?
Apply to join our talent pool and complete your onboarding interview. Before being assigned to your first client, you must provide proof that you are an LLC, and have current business liability insurance.

How will I get placed?
Once we have secured a client's requirements, we will discuss their needs, organizational culture, and style with you. If you are interested in the work and have the capacity, we will send your resume to the client for interview consideration.

What if I need to take some time off?
In most cases, if you take time during the month for vacation or personal reasons, you can work that out with the client and still be able to complete the required monthly subscription retainer.
We'd ask you to contact us and your client for any extended absences that will prevent you from completing your monthly obligations to coordinate other options.

How will I be invoiced?
You are subscribing to a monthly, flat rate retainer service with our staffing service. We invoice at the start of each month for services delivered that month. All invoices are due upon receipt.

What if we need to cancel?
Should you no longer need to contract services with Fox Fractional, we require 30 days' notice before the 15th of the month, and we will begin winding down your subscription.

Do your offer other services?
Fox Fractional is strategically aligned with our sister companies, Fox Grants and Fox Advancement. We can provide grant writing and capital campaign management services through these partnerships.
Fractional Staffing: Invoicing & Support

How will I be paid?
We pay our fractional leaders by the 15th of each month after the completion of work. We ask you to remit your invoice to us by the 5th of each month to ensure timely payments. Payments are made via ACH deposit.

What resources or support are available?
All Fox Fractional leaders are provided access to our comprehensive library of templates curated in partnership with our sister companies. These can be customized as needed for any projects you may be working on.
Additionally, we hold periodic community "town halls" for leaders to share best practices and network.
Coming Soon - Fox Fractional will launch a private community where our leaders can lean into one another anytime to ask questions and share ideas.
